Free Community Sound Bath, Church Langley

Service Description

An hour to lie down, breathe and let the sound wash over you. It's free, every third Friday, in Church Langley. 📅 The third Friday of every month, 7:45 to 8:45pm 📍 Church Langley Community Centre, Harlow 🧘 Bring a yoga mat if you have one (we have a few spares), a warm blanket, and an eye mask if you like 🎟 It's free. Booking opens soon at hhuk.info/book Here's what happens. You get comfy on your mat, the lights go down, and we play crystal bowls, gongs and a few unusual instruments for about an hour. You don't need any experience, and you don't need to do anything at all. Never been before? You're very welcome. Everyone in the room was a first-timer once. A relaxing hour, not medical care.
