How people often feel when they first get in touch
People come to Vern for many reasons. Often they tell us they are feeling:
• overwhelmed, with too much going on
• busy-minded, finding it hard to switch off
• restless or unsettled
• stuck, or disconnected from themselves and others
• on edge, tired or stressed by everyday life
• in search of meaning, quiet or a sense of peace
Our sessions are a complementary, spiritual space to slow down, be listened to and explore non-dual awareness, at your own pace. They do not diagnose, treat or cure anything, and everyone's experience is different. They sit alongside, and never replace, care from your GP, a mental health service or a recovery service. If you are struggling, please speak to your GP, call NHS 111 (option 2) or Samaritans on 116 123.
Reflective 1:1 conversations about everyday life, habits and meaning, seen from a non-dual perspective.
Quiet sessions of live music, sound and simple awareness practice, for anyone with a busy life who would like time to slow down.

Get to Know Vern
Non-Duality Speaker and Guide
Vern is a non-duality speaker and guide based in Essex. He offers 1:1 conversations, group calls, sound journeys and ceremonies that explore non-dual awareness: the simple recognition that there may be no separate self. Sessions blend conversation, silence, live music and simple awareness practices, at your own pace. Vern's approach draws on non-dual philosophy, the shamanic traditions he has studied, and a lifelong love of music.
Please note: Vern's sessions are contemplative and spiritual. They are not counselling, psychotherapy, addiction treatment, or a medical or mental health service, and they do not replace care from your GP or another qualified professional. If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak to your GP, call NHS 111 (option 2) or Samaritans on 116 123.
