Non-duality, often referred to as "Advaita" in Sanskrit, posits that there is no fundamental separation between the self and the universe, or between subject and object. It suggests that all distinctions are ultimately illusory, arising from ignorance or misperception. At its core, non-duality teaches that everything is interconnected and part of a singular, universal consciousness. In this private 1-hour call we explore non-dual awareness together, through conversation, questions and quiet. It is a contemplative, spiritual practice, shaped around you. Everyone's experience is different and no particular outcome is promised. Please note: Vern's sessions are contemplative and spiritual.
